Pont du Gard

In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the majestic aqueduct, and witness Roman architecture.

St. Roman

Also nearby: the 12th century rock chapel, unique in Europe, with a fantastic panoramic view.

Avignon

A cultural hotspot with the Palais des Papes and numerous concerts. About a 20-minute drive away.

Nîmes

Nîmes-la-Romaine with its amphitheater, Maison Carrée and Jardin de la Fontaine are also a 20-minute drive away.

Uzès

This charming little medieval town with its many pedestrianized streets is only a 20-minute drive away.

Arles

The city of Van Gogh and the gateway to the Camargue St Rémy and Les Beaux de Provence are only 30 minutes away.

Sand beaches

The beautiful sandy beaches of Espiguette, Saintes Marie de la Mer, Grau du Roi, also famous for their small seafood restaurants, are about one hour away by car.

Ardèche gorge

The paradise for water-based sports and nature lovers is about a one hour drive from Meynes.

Cévennes

Cévennes and its large national park are also worth a visit.

Cultural

Aix en Provence and Montpellier are cities full of life, concerts and exhibitions.

Cascades du Sautadet

The waterfalls near La Roque sur Cèze are a popular excursion destination. You can park at the bottom of the village. From there, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the Cascades du Sautadet.

Wine route

The Côtes du Rhône is the name of an important interregional wine area in the southern part of the Rhône valley.

Route Napoleon

The Route Napoléon (N85) from Cannes to Grenoble goes through seven mountain passes and is also accessible in winter.
